Mood Disorders

Mood disorders comprise several diagnoses including Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Dysthymia, and others. When a person is experiencing a mood disorder, there can be difficulty understanding and regulating the range and intensity of our emotional experiences in multiple facets of our lives.

These conditions can be devastating not only to the patient, but also to the people in their lives.

Treatment options include medications, psychotherapy, TMS and Spravato, and are guided by both a diagnostic and individual understanding of how the mood disorder can distort our experiences of joy, meaning, and purpose in our lives.
