Cancellation Policy

A full session fee is charged for appointments that are missed or cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Insurance

Michael Shiekh MD PA is not in-network with any insurance providers. Patients are responsible for payment at the time of service. To assist our patients in submitting claims for out of network benefits, we provide patient statements upon request containing the necessary information required by insurance companies.

I am contracted to provide TMS services through Better Living Associates PA, which is in-network for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas PPO.
